Terms, conditions, and guidelines governing professional engagements with For Fun Production.
By accessing this website, purchasing a membership subscription, or commissioning creative/digital services from For Fun Production ("Agency", "we", "us"), you ("Client", "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you warrant that you possess the requisite authority to bind that entity.
For Fun Production provides high-impact Brand Identity, Content Production (3D Motion, Cinematography, Animation), and Digital Experience (UI/UX, Full-stack Web Development) services.
Services may be engaged via monthly/quarterly membership tiers or custom Statement of Work (SOW) arrangements. Each active tier entitles the client to active parallel request slots as outlined in the service tier breakdown.
All communication, briefs, asset transfers, and sprint reviews take place via designated channels (Linear, Trello, Slack, or Google Workspace).
Client Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment for the relevant billing cycle, all custom final deliverables, approved brand assets, and compiled codebases developed specifically for the client transfer entirely to the Client.
Agency Portfolio Rights: Unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) explicitly states otherwise, For Fun Production reserves the perpetual, non-exclusive right to showcase completed client work, case studies, and reels in our agency portfolio, social platforms, and award entries.
Pre-Existing IP & Tools: Any proprietary developer tooling, internal component libraries, boilerplate setups, and general workflow scripts utilized by the Agency remain the exclusive property of For Fun Production.
Membership Subscriptions: Monthly and quarterly retainer plans are billed upfront at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Accepted payment options include corporate bank transfer (IDR for Indonesian entities, USD for international clients) and official corporate credit card payments.
Late Payments: Work sprints pause automatically if an invoice remains unsettled past its due date until payment confirmation is verified.
We believe in rapid iterative collaboration. Work is staged in manageable sprints, allowing continuous feedback checkpoints.
Turnaround estimates are delivered transparently per request. Delays in client feedback or asset delivery may adjust the estimated delivery calendar accordingly.
Memberships may be paused or cancelled at any time with a minimum of 7 calendar days written notice prior to the start of the subsequent billing cycle.
Because creative capacity is reserved exclusively per client slot, fees paid for completed or ongoing active billing cycles are non-refundable.
Either party may terminate the engagement immediately if the other party breaches a material provision of these Terms and fails to remedy such breach within 14 days of written notification.
Services and deliverables are provided on a professional standard. However, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting outages, domain provider failures, or unforeseen API deprecations.
Our aggregate financial liability arising out of any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to For Fun Production during the preceding 30 days.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith amicable consultation between executive representatives of both parties.
